Empowering Women Growing Padel—Community by Community
The 6 Love Sports Ambassador Program aims to expand our mission across the United States by identifying and empowering local leaders who will cultivate the women’s padel movement city by city. Each ambassador will serve as the face and force of 6 Love Sports in their region, helping to build community, organize events, and introduce more women to the game.

What Ambassadors Do:
- Grow the Community: Introduce new players, coaches, and clubs to the 6 Love Sports mission, building a robust local network.
- Host Local Events: Organize regular round robins, clinics, and social mixers that reflect the 6 Love Sports ethos—fun, empowering, and high-quality.
- Tell the Story: Share photos, videos, and testimonials from local events to inspire and grow the national movement.
- Connect the Dots: Build relationships with local sponsors, influencers, and venues to strengthen the local padel ecosystem.
- Spot Talent: Identify standout players and leaders who could represent 6 Love Sports in national events, travel teams, the 6 Love Sports Academy or brand collaborations.
